From Zero to Hero! We took on the challenge of introducing this start-up Remittance app to the global Filipino expatriate community. We worked on crafting their brand identity, nailing their brand voice and rolling out creative and fun campaigns that not only highlights benefits, but setting the app apart from competition, by connecting emotionally and resonating with their target Millennial / GenZ audience.
Consistency is key. We ensured the brand voice remains uniform across all its online and offline touchpoints, creating a recognizable and dependable presence for the audience.
Storytelling is a potent tool. We used it to convey TaptapSend’s personality, values, and mission authentically. Engaging narratives that resonate emotionally are more likely to be heard and remembered.
We were receptive to feedback and market changes. We adapted brand voice accordingly to stay relevant and continue to address audience’s evolving needs and preferences.
